For the health and safety of all of our clients, staff members, and their families, Greenbriar will be practicing socially-distanced, drive-through pet services for all of our departments until further notice. Our customer service representatives, veterinary staff, and resort leaders are ready to bring the service to you! When you arrive for check-in, an appointment, or Day Camp, simply call (301) 874-8880 and one of our customer service representatives will be available to help get you all squared away and then go out to the vehicle to retrieve pets and their belongings as well as answer any further questions you may have. Payment can be taken over the phone or with a portable payment terminal, and receipts are available via email or handed to you right through your car window. This way, we can help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria while still providing you and your pet with attentive and specialized service and care.
